Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship however back orders such as showers or baths with be charged at point of purchase however you will be informed of the leed times usually 8-10 weeks. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 15 days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
Returns
Customers have a 7 day cooling off period where if you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund. However we do not refund postage either way, please be aware of this before returning your items. The item must also be well packed and in original condition, therefore it is advised, that the customer insure the items as we cannot be held responsible for damages or loss.
